Order Requirements We require a minimum order of $35.00 Payment Methods We prefer PayPal online payments but also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & U.S. Postal Service Money Orders. U.S. Postal Service Money Orders may be made out and sent to: Quimby Corporation 3030 NW 29th Ave Portland, Oregon 97210, USA No Cashiers Checks, Certified Checks, C.O.D. orders, Personal Checks or Company Checks will be accepted. Purchase orders accepted from approved business accounts only. Fill out the credit application and send it to us to review and approve. For more information, please call us toll-free at 1-866-332-7018 during business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm PST) for assistance.   Shipping and Handling We ship UPS, USPS, and use various domestic freight shippers. For large and/or heavy items not shipped UPS, customers will be contacted by the carrier of our choice to schedule the date and time of the delivery. In some cases the common carrier may require customer pick-up at their closest terminal for deliveries outside normal service areas. Most orders will be delivered to your location within two to five business days via standard ground shipment, but may be longer depending on weather or other circumstances. Shipping is to the Billing Address only. If you would like an item expedited (additional costs possible) or shipped via a different method other than UPS Ground, USPS, or via common carrier, please select a different shipping method during checkout, or call us at (866)332-7018. Some items may require special handling equipment such as trucks with lift-gates or forklifts. Additional charges may be added to cover shipping insurance, delivery confirmation, and/or special handling.   Product Warranty All new equipment is covered by manufacturer's warranties and we will be glad to assist you with any warranty claims you may encounter. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for their return policies on these items.   Return Policy All items are returnable within 10 business days of reciept of delivery. Our goal is to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a Return Material Authorization. If an RMA is issued: The Buyer will be responsible for return freight charges, and a 20% restocking charge. All goods must be returned in resalable condition, shipped in their original packaging and include all owners manuals, spare parts kits or other accessories included in the original shipment. Welding machines, electronic welding hoods and power tools are returnable on a case by case basis. Seller is not responsible for any freight damaged merchandise, however we are available to assist in shipping damage issues.
